A group therapy space for college students navigating social, academic and transitional stress

Meetings are held virtually every other Monday from September 16th -Dec 16th

Group is limited to 6-12 participants

Group is a facilitated peer support space for exploring transition to college, peer relationships, family dynamics, self care routines, self advocating, self care and time management.

Group is open to all genders and is a LGBTQIA affirming and ND affirming space

Cost is $400 (50/session) for 8 weeks of groups during the Fall Semester

Group therapy is not a replacement for individual therapy. Group members are encouraged to also be engaged in individual therapy with an outside therapist for additional support

Group participants complete a 20 min intake prior to beginning group and the cost of this intake is included in the $400 group cost which is due in full prior to beginning group

Group are facilitated peer support groups and are not covered by insurance or eligible for insurance reimbursement

Group meet for 1.5 hrs, reach out for specific timing and schedule for each group!

Group Facilitator
Support groups are facilitated by Kylie Wilson, LICSW, Owner/primary therapist at Treehouse Therapy Group, LLC. Kylie has over 6 years of experience facilitating groups in outpatient and partial hospital settings. Kylie has led many DBT based-groups and incorporates mindfulness, self compassion and DBT strategies into the group space. When facilitating support groups, Kylie strives to create a brave space for authentic connection, non-judgement and hope. Kylie firmly believes in the importance and benefit of group spaces, acknowledging that healing and growth happen in community and connection.
